My name is Rod Burke. I began my early working life in Central Oregon as a welder/steel fabricator. After 12 years of welding I went to college and did my next career as a Nurse Anesthetist in Portland. One of my hobbies in Portland was photography, and that's where I developed my artistic vision. After retirement I moved back to Bend and built a hobby around woodworking, but often employing the mixed media of steel.
